Day 98:The Message - XM 32

Returning to the Christian channels for a final time, the XM Bootcamp visits The Message.

The Message is actually the same channel as the name it used to be known as (The Fish), with a bit more Christian uptempo or rock music. As I don't usually listen to this channel it is hard for me to say if it is better or worse than The Fish. There are no DJ's or weekly shows that I know of.

Some of the songs I heard were "Big House" by Audio Adrenaline, "River" by Out of Eden, "Love Won't Leave You" by Avalon, "Sounds of Heaven" by Kathy Troccoli, "Into Jesus" by DC Talk, "Right Here" by Jeremy Camp, "You Are the Sun" by Sara Graves and "Find Your Wings" by Mark Harris.

I don't have a lot to say about The Message. It's a pleasant Christian pop/rock channel. The sweepers are kind of boring and a DJ or more would be a big help. I wish that The Torch was still on XM Radio, as that was my favorite Christian channel on XM. Hopefully it can come back one day, as The Message is just not the best substitute.
